niknotes: Oh, what a grumpy boy arrived home this
afternoon. He declared that the rule is: "No one whose name begins with
J is supposed to get off the bus last." I don't know what happens
to make him care some days that Robert has gotten dropped off first. He
was fine yesterday. Robert wasn't at school Tuesday, though, and I don't
know about yesterday, really. Maybe there were two days in a row with no
Robert issue at all, and Jack forgot how to cope.
We're very excited about Art Night, though.
Unfortunately, Jack is refusing to do his homework, which
is just to finish his last two spelling-word sentences and to read the
Chair book, which I read and found infinitely more enjoyable than the
Guinea Pig in the Window book.
jacknotes: I would like a bite to eat. I would like
a peanut butter and jelly and sandwich and a Granny Smith apple. Actually,
I will have to have them in a lunchbox.
