Lunch, review pronouns, initial consonants. Jack was accidentally
poked with a pencil during Lang. Arts. I did not see a mark (under his
arm).

Great job participating today! (with a smile! [smiley]) In
warm-ups. (wrote too soon I guess) Got upset and didn't want to play
Stuck in the Mud (didn't get a ball).

Teacher Comments: * I had him stay in the game,
though. (He may say "mean Mrs. Avitabile made him play.") [sad face]
And he did play, though not with a smile anymore. Guess what! He
ended with a smile! [smiley] (Well, at least that game -- he got upset
about the ending activity.)
niknotes: Mrs. Avitabile couldn't keep up with
Jack's mood swings during P.E., apparently. Ha ha, who could?
The chapter book was Justice League: Secret
Origins. It was based on the Justice League movie of the same name,
and Jack was at first displeased with the lack of pictures in the book, but he
ended up listening pretty attentively as I read it a couple of chapters at
bedtime over the last few days. We finished last night.
jacknotes: Why was Saddam willing to let his fish
die? That's not a good thing to do. Did the Marines plug up the
drain, which was not so easy, which was a very hard task, you could say?
And then they'll get a bucket and fill it with water and dump it into the
pool of fish? Now they can have fun swimming around, oh yeah, doing their
maneuvers. But moving quickly to each other is not scary.
Will eating yogurt keep you from aging? What if I
drank yogurt all day long? But first you have to decide never to grow
up.
