niknotes: Jack's folder contained a sheet of paper
on which he had written, very neatly, the following: "If anyone acts mean to me, that doesn't matter."
I'll have to ask about that one.

not matter. If it's so mean, it will not even matter. It won't
matter if I ignore them. It won't matter if I go tell someone. It
doesn't even matter if I decide to fight them or give them payback.
