niknotes:  Jack brought home a page he wrote and illustrated.  It says, "I lost my cat Nala.  I followed the cat tracks.  A storm is here!  My path melted.  I ran for it.  I found my cat finaly!"

jacknotes:  [in response to a question about the story from Math]  The greedy triangle liked his shape.  But he went to the shape-shifter and wanted one more side and one more angle.  And said, "If I were that way, life would be more interesting."  And then the shape-shifter took the triangle's advice and gave him one more side and one more angle.  And one by one he each got one more side and one more angle until he got so many until he became a hexagon.  The hexagon, he had so many that he couldn't keep his balance.  He rolled and rolled and rolled and rolled and rolled and rolled and rolled and rolled and rolled.  When he was rolling, he smashed the gates, frightened walkers.  The hexagon was dizzy, tired, and sad.  He went back to the shape-shifter and told him that he couldn't take so much, he almost looked like a circle.  So he's now back to having three sides and three angles.
