niknotes: The Daily Report Sheet from Jack's
teachers is usually a three part form, but they must've run out, because today
and yesterday it has been a single photo-copy.
I had fun at Community Skills. Jack and I met his
class at Super Wal-Mart and then followed the bus to McDonald's in Grayson, on
the way back to school. There's actually a McDonald's in the Super
Wal-Mart, but it doesn't have a Playland, which may have been the main
consideration since it seems that it's what all the boys looked forward to, some
of them barely able to sit in their seats long enough for everyone to finish his
Happy Meal. I got to meet the new Ryan, but Thomas was not at school
today, apparently.
jacknotes: The barrels are not secured. When
the barrel you're standing on moves, jump onto another one. Jump onto one
that is lower than the one you were standing on. Kumunga wouldn't see
you. Do this again and again. After a moment, Kumunga will decide to
use his sound wave attack, but try to pretend he isn't doing that and blast him
through the mouth. This phase is limited to four hits. After all
those hit points, Kumunga will fall onto his back and will grow fatter and
fatter. His metal skin will soften, and the whole beast will grow fatter
and fatter and fatter, and then he will explode. But be careful! The
explosion will destroy barrels in a wide pattern. So be careful not to get
caught in the explosion. After the explosion, you'll be fine, and then
you'll be the winner!
nikexplanation: (or "explainment," as Jack used to
say) Jack was in the middle of a long description of an invented video
game, so I just started taking dictation. Now he says, "Yogurt Eating
Mode. That's what I'm in now because of my hunger, my growling, robotic
stomach."
