Daily Reports
Name: Jack Dullaghan

Date: 09/13/04 (Mon.)
[no written information]

niknotes:  Jack told me he had to remove his behavior/privilege cards down to a red one, meaning three warnings, I think, but he didn't go to time-out, which happens when you have to remove the red one, I think.  He didn't give me a real answer about what caused removal.  I think he said he turned into a mutant monster and ate someone's face.
Ms. Hildebrand responded to my note with, "not following directions."

niknotes:  I was at the school today for the Room Parent meeting, and I discovered that the third grade is testing.  So maybe that's the reason for Jack's blank reports.

niknotes:  Today, both Jack's and Mick's classes went to Steak 'n' Shake for Community Skills.  Jack pre-selected "Jr. Pancakes 'n' Syrup" for his lunch, and he wanted to try a "Jr. Fountain Drink" -- which he meant to order in just those words, apparently.  I explained that the menu was listing that as a general selection with one price, but he would have to specify Coke or Sprite or diet Coke so the waitress would know what to bring.  He chose Sprite with Cherry flavor added.  Steak-n-Shake will add cherry, vanilla, or chocolate to any fountain drink for an additional 25 cents.  I checked the menu, didn't know from frequent visits or anything -- in fact, may have only been three times in my life.   I remember going to Steak-n-Shake only one time as a child.  I remember that one visit, because my brother completed a comment card.  He was little, not sure what age.  And he actually got a response from Steak-n-Shake, specifically answering his comment that he ate so much he "felt full as a plum."  I have always considered that description perfect, the epitome of fullness -- a plum, what else?  Jacques has way. [Steve Martin reference: having a way with words, which some people have, and others "oh ... NOT have way."]  Today is Jacques's birthday, by the have way.  Happy Birthday!!
