Group Game -- Let's Go Fish (hand-eye coordination
game)
Center Time -- I played with: puzzles; coloring; doll
house -- we worked on dramatizing in play
Snack -- goldfish
(ate a good amount)
Lunch -- pizza
(ate a good amount)
My emotions today -- happy
Teacher Comments -- Reminder: We will
trick-or-treat at 10:45 tomorrow. Send in a costume for your child if you
wish & we will help them put on the costumes.
niknotes -- Mick handled unexpectedly well the disruption
in his after-school routine. Not only did he have company, but he had
plenty of it. There were five children in his house when he came home on
the bus, and he didn't scream until they were leaving! Then he waved
good-bye to Phoebe, Abby, and Caroline, the last to leave. I'm not sure he
actually played with Abby, Caroline, Harrison, or Emma, but he did not run away
from them at all. He did not join us outside for pictures, though, making
a photo of all SEVEN of the kids here today seem pretty unlikely, so we didn't
try. (Maybe next time.) We did however use my camera's
timer to get a photo of the four moms together: Anna, Cindy, Phoebe, and
me. I hope to post that on the family web page tomorrow -- just
awaiting approval. It was a beautiful, sunny, breezy day here. Also,
I should add that Mick remained fully clothed until just before
bedtime. Whew. Jack actually waved goodbye in his boxer
briefs. Oh, well.
