Hey we're back. . . . Feeling bad! I just shotgunned an entire liter of cold water, even though it hurt my teeth and gave me a cold headache. So sick of drinking hot water!

However, just to cheer me up, there were 2 packages from you , two from "Conner-Wallace" and one from Kathleen, and one from Mary Rose that had Mikados in it! So I made some tea that Pat had sent earlier, and ate a pile of mikados. Nice.

. . . Any way, I think we successfully interrupted a lot of evil plans [the Ba'ath and Fedayeen] had, and nabbed a bunch of them and their stuff while we were at it. So we got that going for us.

Also, remember I told you that at the place where the mine in the trash bag in the road was hit by the dump truck right in front of us, that they had cut down all the palms and shrubs and stuff in the median? Well they also plowed it and leveled it . . . so when the MP's noticed a huge burlap bag sitting there this morning, with a wire leading across the road, over a wall and into an apartment building, they said to themselves "Hmmm....something's not quite as it should be," raided the apartment, captured the guy and his car battery powered detonator. The burlap bag had 40 lbs. of plastic explosives.
