Spoke to Sean by phone today. He has his flight itinerary for the trip home. The Army is flying him into Atlanta, after many stops, not to include anywhere he'd actually prefer, such as Frankfurt or Ireland, to arrive at the airport Thursday at 10:45 p.m. So, with Customs in the loop, I hope to see him by midnight. The next day, Friday, on a flight of our own booking (not yet completed), he will fly to Fort Bragg, or possibly to Norfolk to pick up the blue car to drive down to Bragg. After checking in at Bragg on Friday, he believes his leave will start immediately or he may have to wait until Saturday to drive home for his seven days with us. The countdown continues . . . .
